What our clients say about TREJJ NetOps.
Answers to common TREJJ NetOps questions.
The most important points about routers, PPPoE, hotspots, billing, security and support.
What is TREJJ NetOps?
TREJJ NetOps is an ISP operations platform for managing customers, internet plans, routers, vouchers, support and approved transaction records from one place.
Who is TREJJ NetOps built for?
It is built for ISPs, WISPs, hotspot operators and organisations that manage subscriber internet access across one or more locations.
Does TREJJ NetOps work only with MikroTik?
No. Any PPPoE-capable router or NAS that can use an external RADIUS server can use the assisted integration path. Automated provisioning and management are currently limited to supported MikroTik RouterOS equipment.
Does TREJJ NetOps support PPPoE?
Yes. The platform keeps PPPoE customer identities, plans, expiry and status together and connects them to supported RADIUS or MikroTik workflows after setup.
Can I sell hotspot access with vouchers?
Yes. You can issue and revoke vouchers with expiry and use limits. Acceptance and enforcement run through the site's configured captive portal and gateway.
Can the captive portal use my company branding?
Yes. Portal records support your business name, logo, colours and domain. The published experience uses the site and gateway configuration you approve.
How does pay-as-you-go pricing work?
A clear monthly platform commitment covers the first part of your eligible usage. Beyond it, pricing follows active PPPoE/static-IP subscribers and hotspot vouchers when they are first activated. Automatic graduated discounts apply as monthly volume grows, and routers are not charged separately.
Who receives payments from my internet customers?
Customer payments go to the merchant account connected by your business. TREJJ does not own your service revenue unless a separate written agreement says so.
Can another provider see my customers or routers?
Provider records are separated. A user must belong to the authorised provider workspace and hold the required permission before accessing its data.
What setup and support are available?
The normal workflow is designed for self-service. Engineering support is available through platform tickets for router integration, migration and network-specific setup.
Run billing, access records and network operations from one place.
Start with the self-service workflow. Engineering support is available when your router, RADIUS, payment or migration setup needs it.
